We offer a 14 day exchange policy or in-store credit for UNOPENED and UNUSED products in their original packing and condition only. If products have been opened or it has been more than 14 days we unfortunately can not offer any exchange or credit.

  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, please package up your receipt, desired exchange item(s) in their original packaging and ship back to our warehouse at #208 335 Wesley st.Nanaimo B.C., at your expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved, then your return for in-store credit will be processed and a credit in the form of a gift card will be sent to you via email, minus shipping + taxes which will be sent to the original email used to make the purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds

If it has been more than 7 business day since we have received the returned items and you have not received your in-store credit, please contact us at orders@yourskinmagician.ca

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


In the case of exchange, we will exchange products purchased within 14 days that are unused, unopened and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you would like to exchange the item, you can request an exchange for product or a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able yo offer a credit to the original purchaser.
