Welcome to Your Skin Magician, a premier boutique medi-spa located in Nanaimo, BC. By booking services, making purchases, or interacting with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges
At Your Skin Magician, we take great pride in offering exceptional services and products. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any treatments, services, or products. All purchases are final.

2. Online Bookings & Deposits
All online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. Appointments may be adjusted by +/- 15 minutes without prior notice. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Canada is available at a flat rate of $20. We also offer free local pick-up during operating hours only. Please ensure you select the appropriate option at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order in person.

4. Pre & Post Treatment Care
It is your responsibility to fully research the treatments you are receiving. We strongly recommend reviewing the pre- and post-care instructions sent to you via email and available on our website. Following these guidelines is crucial for the best results and to minimize the risk of complications. Failure to adhere to these instructions may affect the outcome of your treatment.

5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, Your Skin Magician is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications that may occur during or after any treatment or service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that you are participating in treatments at your own risk. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your treatment.

6. Client Responsibility
We aim to provide a safe and professional environment for all clients. However, it is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment, at our discretion. Please be aware that late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows incur a fee 50% - 100% of the service fee.

7. Ownership & Copyright
All content, materials, and intellectual property, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, videos, and other media on the Your Skin Magician website and any other electronic communications (such as emails or social media posts) are owned exclusively by Your Skin Magician Inc.. These materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content from our website or other communications may be redistributed, reproduced, or used for profit without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information. All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Changes to Terms
Your Skin Magician reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
